Danu’s Delicious Five– Minute Cake Recipe
Sometimes you need cake in a hurry! This recipe is super quick and ready in no time at all!
You will need:
1 mug
4 tbsps self-raising flour
4 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsps milk
3 tbsps sunflower or other vegetable oil
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together in the mug. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on full power (850W) for 3 minutes, or until the cake stops rising. Keep an eye on the mug during the last minute to make sure the mix doesn’t splurge everywhere.
